  1. All items are unique and handmade. Meaning no two will be exactly alike.

  2. All items are made to order. Please allow for 5 to 7 days for crafting before shipping.

  3. Actual colors can be slightly different from those shown in the picture.

  4. Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase to ensure a good experience on both sides.

  5. We offer easy returns within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  6. If you have a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  7. All international orders outside of the UK, Japan, and Canada are required to purchase shipping insurance at USPS market rate.
